Where are you located?

The Midtown Motor Inn is  situated in the Wanganui city centre at 321 Victoria Ave – close to Wanganui sporting facilities, Victoria Park, Cooks Gardens, Jubilee and Springvale Stadium, Splash Centre city centre shopping, the Museum, Art Gallery and Whanganui River. (google map link)

Will my unit be serviced?

All rooms are serviced and cleaned daily during your stay.

How many guests can your motel accommodate?

We have 33 units and can cater for up to 100 guests.  Great for weddings, reunions, conferences, sports teams and other large groups – we are also available for exclusive bookings.

Do you have an onsite restaurant or cafe?

Our restaurant is being refurbished at present but there are excellent restaurants located within a two minute walk nearby, with delivery services also available. We have an onsite bar and cafe available with a delicious menu.

Do you offer breakfasts?

We provide on request a Continental Breakfast for $12.00 per person delivered to your unit.

How do I make a booking/enquiry for a large group or sports team?

What is our cancellation policy?

- Individual Bookings

For cancellations made before midday, 48 hours prior to expected arrival date, any deposit will be refunded in full.

For cancellations made after midday, 48 hours prior to expected arrival date, any deposit will be refunded only if rooms are relet. If credit card details are held, your card will be charged.

No show bookings will be charged for one night stay.

- Group cancellation policy

Final cancellation Policy for Group bookings is 1 month prior to expected arrival date. In the event of a cancellation or early departure, you may be debited the outstanding amount  if we are unable to resell the units booked.
